  1. UPDATE: I tried a never-been-used dell mouse and it also wouldn’t work. Windows wouldn’t recognize the drivers for it and won’t install it. I guess I just can’t use mice on my computer. Any fixes?
  2. I’ve had a Razer Naga Epic since 2016, and I’ve never had a problem with it. I had an issue with Razer Synapse the last few days - it wouldn’t recognize any of my razer devices. Keyboard, mousepad, mouse, all just... disappeared. To fix the problem, I chose to remove the devices from windows; uninstall them and reinstall them with the pre-installed drivers. When I removed my Naga from windows, though, it didn’t reinstall when plugged back in. It wouldn’t. It stayed as an “Unspecified device.” This confused me, so i tried unplugging it and restarting the process. I eventually got windows to recognize the device properly, but it still wouldn’t function. I waited to see if it was just taking its time to initialize... it was not. I opened the device manager and attempted to update the drivers for the Naga. I got an error message stating “The driver installation file for this device is missing a necessary entry. Contact your hardware vendor.” but my mouse is wayyyy out of warranty. I’ve tried installing the drivers from the website, but it didn’t seem to work either. If anybody has any fixes, PLEASE let me know.
