  1. The specs of the laptop is i7-5500U, 8gb ddr3, and it used to have a 256gb m.2 sata ssd in it. It recently shit itself and the ssd is no longer working on any system. I decided to put a 256gb m.2 NVME ssd into it, I plugged in a flash drive with windows 10 on it and it recognizes the drive but it says it will not install on it. I plugged it into my desktop and it worked perfectly fine. Am I able to install windows 10 on it through my desktop and then plug it into the system? I would like to know if there is any options before i go buy another m.2 sata ssd.
  2. Well it just runs. No window pops up and it just sits there in my task manager. I don't think that would do anything but I'm willing to try tomorrow
  3. So here is the following of what I have accomplished trying to get steam running: Reinstall (X3) Close Client Bootstrapper on task manager Clear network Clear Cashe Run on airplane mode Run as Admin Restart Computer (X10) Run through command prompt Reinstall and update drivers Update windows Disable Windows firewall Uninstalling all games Run compatibility mode Check for errors on disk It was working completely fine 2 hours ago, I shared steam with a friend of mine and everything ran perfectly ok. I was running games and all that jazz. It clearly is running in the background but it will not open, my account is just fine I can get through steam on the browser just fine. When I reinstall, it asks me to sign in and also verify through email, then it just does not run after that. I've tried everything I can think of and I could try system restore sometime this weekend. PC: Razer Blade 15: i7-8750H 1070 Max-Q 16gb ddr4 500gb nvme Running Windows 10 Please help.. I've been stuck here for 2 hours figuring this stuff out and it is really frustrating me.
  4. I'm looking for a pretty nice laptop for productivity and some gaming on the side. I would like it to be portable with nice battery life and decent build quality. $2000 - $2400 ish. Is the surface book a good buy or is there something better value?
  5. I would say Vivobook is the best bang for the buck but it has a 42wh battery, no touch screen, and the build quality is very poor compared to the rest. The Acer has a small dedicated GPU worth about the same as a Nvidia 1030. What's nice about the HP is that it comes with thunderbolt usb C for an external GPU in the future if you save some extra money. What are you going to be using the laptop for? I would say for productivity go for the Acer, best overall Hp, to save money Asus.
  6. I'm having some trouble finding a good overall motherboard for my i7-4790k. I would be overclocking to around 4.8Ghz - 5Ghz. I would prefer it to look gamerish and under $200. can somebody help me?
  7. This has happened before but I was able to fix it simply by resetting the device and plugging them in and out of the case briefely, but now the left ear is permanently on extremely low volume.
  8. I am having trouble with the gear IconX 2018 with the left earbud, every time I use voice command, the left earbud goes to a volume that barely can be heard even with volume turned all the way up. I have reset the software and let it charge all the way, the firmware is up to date, I have disconnected, unpaired and repaired, turned on and off, and these are brand new so there is nothing inside the earbud that could be blocking the sound. I can still hear the noises it makes but only the right earbud is working properly. Can Get some help?
  9. I have an LG Spectrum VS920 and I would like to upgrade the stuck 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich to android 4.3 because most applications on the Play store have minimum requirements of android 4.3, is there a custom ROM for this phone I could install? I would at least like to run snapchat at minimum. This phone is more likely to be a project or a burner phone of some sort so I am not looking to buy another phone, I just want to see if it is possible.
  10. I just recently got it and I dont have the motherboard for it and i was wondering if it is worth it to get the Ryzen or a motherboard
