Sorry for the late response guys, I would say that it is within half of a centimeter off. The part of my case that's touching it is acrylic and I don't think that would be the best thing to cut open.

Hi, I have a Hyper 212 Evo cooler and my problem is that it is marginally too tall for my case. The copper pipes that stick up at the top are hitting my side panel ever so slightly so that the side panel can't be put on properly. Could I take a hammer and hammer down the ends of the copper piping so that it won't hit my side panel and/or not mess up the whole cooler? Thanks in advance.

Proving to my Mom that online gaming won’t get me hacked

This really helps, thanks! I have told her already that I never use personal info online, but that's a good idea asking why I personally would get hacked. I’ll try this out, thanks again! -

You could basically say this about anything that’s done online though. Yes nothing is hack proof, but some things are better protected than others. And being that rocket league hasn’t been hacked yet, is a better argument for it than something that’s been hacked countless times before. -

I don’t think she’s using it as an excuse, I think that she’s legit worried that it will get me hacked -
Proving to my Mom that online gaming won’t get me hacked

I was planning on doing this after I got some responses from the forum and was going to use this as a last ditch resort. Thanks for the responses though -
Here’s my problem, I play rocket league on my pc and my mom recently realized that I play with random people online. She then decided to ban me from gaming online because she said that I will get hacked from interacting with others I don’t know. Can you guys please help me with reasons why I won’t get hacked so that I can convince my mom to let me play online again? I’ve given her a few reasons already but she is very stubborn. I’ve told her that Rocket league is a very big game and my information won’t be leaked in any way, and how I never put personal information online. She then said that big companies are getting hacked all of the time to which I said that rocket league hasn’t been hacked before. She said that there’s always a first for everything. Please help me guys, rocket league solo against bots is very boring.

They will say they recommend a 650w psu so that the gpu will definitely have enough power to operate at full potential. That gives them a margin of error doing that.

Is the psu 80+ certified?

Don’t know which graphics card to choose
chunkymunky0 replied to chunkymunky0's topic in Graphics Cards
Ok thanks! I was leaning towards that one because of those reasons already, but wasn’t sure if the 1060 would be a better buy for future proofing my build- 3 replies

Are you planning on using both gpus in the system at once, or are you going to replace one with the other?
