  1. Whatever it is, it won't be Super Reasonable Pricing.
  2. I really do like how idealistic you are. I wish I could be this optimistic about the possiblilty of a world like that. The problem we have is that not every opinion has value, not every opinion is constructive. It is very easy to complain about problems, but very hard to implement solutions, especially where you are trying to make everyone happy (treat every opinion with equal value). Knowlage loses its power the more that it is known, the power comes from knowing things that are not widely understood. Your points are also enabling a double-edged sword. You are trying to limit the rights of companies to express their opinion by limiting conflicting ideals on their platforms, is that not in itself limitation of free speech? What you are asking is that they run their products (because that is what they really are) without any pre-existing notions/bias/beliefs to enable others to to express their bias or beliefs? A company is not some robot that just burst into existance, it consists of people with their own free will. These companies only exist because driven individuals are striving to complete. That in itself is a point of conflict as it creates a winner and loser. If you believe their should be a platform to allow true freedom of speech, why don't you create it? How would you fund it? What would you do if it was missued? Would you allow content that you did not agree with? Even at a basic level when people are given a open forum, not a lot of good things come from it (the chans). People also have a habbit of forming and expressing an opinion without enough information to create an actual informed opinion. The internet does not resolve the problem where people circulate their opinion within like-minded others. This in itself does not appear so bad, but curcular discussion cements ideas without allowing other outside influences to come into effect. The result is circle-jerks that extend from "PCMR. CONSOLES SUCK!!!", all the way to white supremicists and r/incels. People are just sort of screwed up. A lot of inherit behaviours work against cecular society and I am not convinced that non-constrictive opinion that incites hate should be allowed? (In Googles defence) it is just one hell of a job to decide what crosses that line, especially with the amount of content that is uploaded.
  3. Adblock is not the answer. You currently watch LTT videos for free, post on their forums for free. Someone has to pay for these services somewhere, and advertisements is the only way that the consumer is able to support these services available without paying money directly. On a side note, the thing that I find odd is that Mars does not endorse ALL videos it's adverts are played with, why are they treating it as such? I am sure Mars is more than happy to sell chocolate to Drill rappers and listeners, it is not like they vet who exactly is consuming their products? People understand that it is Youtube serving the ads, and they are responsible for the content on their website. If Youtube do not have an issue with providing that content, then the problem lies there. It seems so backwards to point to specific cases where X advert was played against Y video...
  4. I started in a 1st line role, and now work as a Network Engineer for a hosted services provider. One of the things that helped me was joining a company that was pretty small. I found that it opened opertunities to try different services and solutions without getting tied down. Some companies will just be looking for people with enthusiasm, and others are expecting you to come in with more of a skillset. If you know what you want to do, get accredited with the right vendors (MS/CISCO/Mitel or whatever your vocation is). This will get you through the door. Past that, you are just going to be working with smart people, and if you show that you are willing to learn it will get you far.
  5. Sorry, but if the external name does not resolve, are you just missing your public DNS entry? Also if you go to the site, check both internally and externally what cert you can see provided by the exchange. "Can" is a bit ambiguous.
  6. How are you testing internally vs externally? Are you going to the same URL? Do you resolve the same IP? If you check the cert that you receive internally, is it the AlphaSSL or a internally assigned cert? Have you checked your firewall/NAT config? Done a packet cap from the firewall to check the request? What is the layout of the network, just the Exchange CAS behind a firewall with a NAT or NLB?
  7. Playing PUBG should not make too much of a difference if reports are correct, and the tickrate of the servers regularly drop down to 2, but are not often higher than 20, and the latency is over 100ms.
  8. Shutting down via command line by default skips most of this stuff. You can literally type the following into the start menu, and the PC will shut down completely. shutdown -s -f -t 0
  9. Do you get any log entries from the Windows PC or RADIUS server when you initiate a connection?
  10. So isn't the issue that the Clients don't trust the new cert as they do not recognise the CA. What happens when you install the CA's cert under the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities"?
  11. Is the root CA of the new cert on your clients?
  12. I am running a GTX1080 on a 2560x1440, and yeah, not all games are locked to 60 on highest settings (not so painful with g-sync). If you really want it all, then GTX1080Ti is basically your only option. Though I would definitely try turning some settings down first, like at that res AA becomes less of a problem.
  13. Warframe (Destiny with content) DOTA2 ("MOBA" Strategy action game with a whole load of depth) I have a bunch of games, and these are the only games I have ended up playing recently (plus PUBG).
  14. Programs will need to be re-installed to update windows registry, and create uninstall paths etc in Windows. Permissions will be broke, so you will need to force ownership of the files again. Those are the two obvious things, generally it is not too painful.
  15. This applies to 99% of cases. In at front. Out at back and top.
