As the title says heatsink on a heatsink and it be done? My ps4 (first revision) heats like a oven so I have opend it up and saw the heatsink to be quite small for the heat it has to handle. If I use a thermal pad and put a heat sink over it and use a bigger fan dose of help anyway?

I'm at lost here now. The Bluetooth speaker uses a old type of battery maybe li.ion. There is 3cables connected and I'm not sure witch one the third one goes. In the middle of the battery there is a strange thing I think it's a temperature sensor or so. And the back of the battery there is a red goo of some sort. I measured the voltage of it and it reads 2.5v if it's a lipo battery it should be 3.7v so guess it's dead. So can I just replace the battery with a standard lipo battery? Or am I just dead

It seems like the rpi can t be a direct usb dac so I've been thinking that if I connect the rpi to my pc with lan and steam audio though lan, and have the rpi dac hat decode It there and have the sound though it So is it even possible?

Thank you for your suggestion. The thing is I live in Japan and the right to repair in Japan has long been quite. People around here are more used to get a new product if the old one fails. I looked around for a while and haven't seen anyplace that dose yet. I'll keep looking

Let me know if I'm wrong So I got the blue light of death from my ps4 and I'm wondering if there is a place that dose chip reballing I know that it's the lose contacts of the cpu that cause this problem because of i apply pressure it works fine but I don't want to break the board up . So is there any place that does reballing if so link please.

I have a Usb 2.0 mouse and keyboard etc when I plug it into a usb3.0/3.1 port it works fine but she i turn the pc off i notice that the power was still on ..the mouse would turn on by its self some times (rgb glowing) and my usb audio interface would leave the power indicator on . I have check and tryed all things (bios os) I'm thinking of getting a usb2.0 pcie card to fix this. My mother board dose not have a usb2.0 port . Is this a normal thing with 3.0/3.1 ports?

I've been looking at a ps/2 adapter and have been wondering if a usb to ps/2 adapter will make my keyboard latency to 1ms? Just like how ps/2 keyboard are. Oh and I disabled legacy usb on my motherboard so I'm gonna have to buy a ps/2 keyboard anyway . Answers will be helpful(*-*/)
