  1. And if you further want to tweak your Crysis 3 graphics etc. check out Crysis 3 CVar Configurator. http://www.mycrysis.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=64&t=56955&sid=284da7f5e2f987706314a21ca7111406
  2. GTX670 hands down, better overclockers if your a tweaker, better drivers for the latest games.
  3. Oh dear did you just call a 7970 Ghz Edition card a p.o.s (piece of sh**)? you're obviously looking for trouble. Also you will not be getting 1.3Ghz on the core of a 670 or a 680 unless you were the luckiest guy on earth' date=' not even with max voltage, you can't overclock those chips that much . [/quote']Doing it since last year may, see my videos chump. 2 other friends of mine with a GTX670 have done it as well but they dont make videos and upload to youtube. We buy at www.overclockers.co.uk and have been getting good chips over the years. That is one if the main importances as well, know where to buy good hardware.
  4. I like single GPU for that reason I'm interested in this one. Good upgrade to my GTX680 if those scores are true. And for the folks with multiple cards in SLI or x-fire, you will always have issues with drivers not being optimized for all games and or utilizing the cards together in sync with microstuttering etc etc. In my experience ATI and Nvidia for about 5 years untill 3 years ago I have to say Nvidia is better on top of their drivers with SLI. PS. Some very cool INDIE GAMES don't have SLI or X-fire support.
  5. Some gameplay showing what an overclocked GTX680 can do in-game First half is showing a bit of running around with different settings (AA). Halfway through it gets better.
  6. Hello all, If anyone is interested what a GTX680 can do in Crysis 3 open beta I made a video showing: - Running on Windows 8 Pro x64 - Desktop mode and tweaked - 1920x1080 very high settings - In-Game fps difference between TXAA anti-aliasing x4, x2 & NO AA - In-Game Field of View 50 and 80 difference - Using latest Nvidia beta drivers 313.96 - OSD provided by MSI Afterburner
  7. First thought came to my: Why the F*** would you sell such a good card to get an AMD card!!!! All my friends have the GTX670 with custom coolers and overclock like mad and reach my benchmark scores and I'm using a GTX680 eVGA also with custom cooler. Nvidia drivers are top notch and none of us have any issues with all our games. I mean we have a ton of games on Steam we play together. Also some EA games like BF3 all DLC and now Crysis 3 Beta. See link to my video demoing multiplayer: My advice to you is sell that p.o.s. card and buy a GTX670 or GTX680 with custom cooler and overclock to 1.3Ghz+ core and 7000Mhz mem.
  8. I use windows 8 pro 64bit and all my programs and games work fine on it. Overclocking is fine, stability is great and boots up faster and making use of the new task manager is fantastic. The new copy of files pausing is great as well if you have multiple files being copied over. Windows Explorer is alot better now with the ribbon menu. I recommend Classic Shell to get rid of the retarded metro UI. Set things up just like it was in Win 7 and best of all it's free. It will always boot straight to Desktop mode, put back your own custom start button etc. and more. I posted some videos/ benchmarks made running games on this Win 8. http://www.youtube.com/user/batismul
