    if it does not effect you in any way and you are having no problems elsewhere then it might just be a bug in the Intel diagnostic tool. i know some of the microcode updates are breaking some(very few) old programs.

    There is no 2015 CX550M. The 550W model is from the 2017 series.
     
    The CX500M from before that is Tier 4. Don't run it under conditions with bad cooling as some of the old CXs don't have OTP
