You're missing the point here, CLEARLY he should have made sure that his mouse and keyboard were plugged into USB 2.0 and not 3.0 ports! All of the extra bandwidth going to them is causing them to overload and crash since USB 2.0 can't handle it.

Over the course of several days I have wasted time out of my day arguing with what is probably a child on the internet.
See below as I'm curious on other stances. I don't follow tech too close anymore but more time than I'd care to admit in research says everything he says is wrong (not to mention he's constantly trying to flex he has "real hardware").

I've never really had an issue with it. Sometimes it's genuinely kinda funny and a 4 second "like this/these (product(s)) - L T T store dot com" is way better than a 3 minute montage of them cooking a hello fresh meal lmao. -
yeah I saw that one and like good God. "it's against the law", yeah and going to bed with socks on is against the law in Nebraska. If it's not hurting anyone who cares.

Field mice/voles are everywhere. When we had outdoor cats they'd turn up dead on our doorstep ever other day. Also the law is often unbelievably dumb. Who cares.

Yeah pretty much this. It's entirely to prevent spam/uncontrollable scenarios. The controversy spread so far I'm sure they had tons and tons of people flooding in from outside the subreddit to comment. I mean heck I'm not part of the LTT subreddit and originally they just had member-only commenting on. Not to mention that it's not like LMG themselves owns the subreddit lmao. This thread is so dumb I'm genuinely surprised it didn't get locked, let alone made it past the first page.

Yeah. Realistically Unless dedicated female presenters were hired this is a nothingburger imo. afaik very few women work for lmg as is and there's a bunch of other factors that go into whether someone is in front of the camera or not. -

What the slow polarization of literally everything in people's lives does to a mf. EVERYTHING has to be an us-vs-them with absolutely no middle ground! Yeah that's true on an overall scale. It's pretty much just my opinion that unless you're engaging on a level beyond consuming content you're not a "community member". In my mind community requires a further step of interaction.
