That's basically why most Chinese students struggle in higher education places in Europe or in North America.
However I think there are also cultural feats that prevent them to impure as much as they could. I've noticed that Chinese and Spanish students aren't very outgoing to other students and thereby form small clusters where they talk to each other in their own language.
When they have to talk to other, they can but it feels like it isn't their natural instinct to do so, preventing them to practice as much as they could when they're studying abroad.
 
Besides he speaks okay compared to a loooooot of foreigners, so he doesn't have anything to be blamed for. I've seen people with worse language skills in their own native language, so that gives you depth of field to see he isn't that bad.

I've been contemplating this over a minute ago but... this almost "industrialist" mentality to releasing videos will eventually inhibit his ability to grow, won't it ?
 
Look at it this way : By releasing more videos, information is more accessible, people know more, and as they memorize, patterns of PC hardware know-how get stuck in their head to the point where a new CPU/GPU release doesn't tell them anything new aside from performance increases and price differences. They spread that knowledge through forums, and eventually there will be very little to no need of LTT's existence.
 
I could definitely make a case for LTT's usefuleness before, but honestly... now more than ever before, I'm seeing video creators being schooled in the comments rather than the other way around. It only signals to me that the obligatory daily dose of videos is a temporary and short-sighted move for their business, inherently and however more complex explaining it may be... I can't think of any way LTT has any advantage over a spec sheet. Especially if you've watched at least a hundred videos.
 
To sum it up, I think their very strategy will be the very precedent to their doom. I can't be the only one anticipating this, can I ?

The Verge is the type of place that does decent content, then completely ruins their reputation by posting biased shit articles with sensational headlines. I call them iVerge, since they typically admire Apple products while crapping all over anything not Apple. I don't watch their YouTube vids so I cant comment on them.

As of right now, I'm thinking it'd be as sort of a "long-term perk". Maybe as we get more comfortable, we'll reveal our faces. (which I have no problem doing personally)

ANYWAY its not bad if its a few times or a short umm maybe twice. But when its like and ummmmmm this and ummmmm it gets tiresome. Perhaps have a outline of what your going to talk about ( even points) so there wont be confusion or downtime.
 
also note that being quite IMO is better then saying um. If you have to gather your thoughts just be quite for like 5 seconds instead of saying um . 

I would cut out any long pauses. Try doing mock podcasts to get more comfortable. Keep the umms and other variables of that to a small minimum. Besides that sounds good to me.

I'll be sure to check it out and give feedback later.

I think the world needs to work together to improve the places that these immigrants are coming from, so that they have no need to immigrate.
But that'll never happen because all politicians care about is their position within the government. and how good their debating team is.

Thing is authorities seem to be very um... indifferent on how to manage the islamic pilgrimage. It's almost a direct consequence of how Islam is HUGE right now and yet the reception capacity has not caught up to a safe standard.

Competition is inherent in everything throughout life. The athletic distinction is IMPORTANT to set apart competitive activities with very little to almost no athletic prowess required and those who demand top-tier training to even hope reach that "professional status".
