  1. I own an Asus Zenbook Flip 14 UX461UN. After a while I noticed that it keeps waking up from sleep, particularly when the lid is closed. Also, if it does I can't get it to wake up from sleep mode. Furthermore, it overheats during these time lapses, and I can't figure out what is the problem. Does anyone have any idea or can help me, before I contact the support?
  2. Windows Start> Disk Management and see if there are any Unallocated partition(e.x. Disk 1). It will show in black like this.
  3. I feel you bro. I would recommend you build another 20-30 bucks and buy a 1660ti, as the value to performance ratio, between 1660ti and 1660 is far higher. If you however, need the GPU RIGHT NOW, ASAP or hell and fire, then 1660 is the gpu to go from me.
  4. Every company has it's problems. Dave2D made an really good job on addressing some of them, in a general manner. I'll leave a link below to anyone interested.
  5. I would definitely go with a B450. And a bit less expensive to get higher frequency RAM Try finding a higher frequency memory, because it would benefit you a lot. Get a 7200RPM HDD, any company you like, but 55$ for a 1TB HDD are quite a lot in my perspective of your build if you can give 20$ more you'll get a lot more value with this, or any variant of a 1660ti that is close to that money range: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/FdBTwP/msi-geforce-gtx-1660-ti-6-gb-armor-oc-video-card-gtx-1660-ti-armor-6g-oc if not I would go with a 1660: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/MYMwrH/msi-geforce-gtx-1660-6-gb-ventus-xs-oc-video-card-gtx-1660-ventus-xs-6g-oc
  6. I totally agree on that, and I understand your point. However, I was displeased by the actresses's performance and that's what put me off from fully enjoying the movie, and not the plot itself. What more, I can say that Samuel Jackson stole the show for most of the movie, and I quite cherished it.
  7. me too ? and paid the full ticket for both.... Whatever it takes. I actually did. At least most of it. I also believe that Brie Larson's acting in the SPECIFIC movie(please don't ban me), was terrible. Also, you can see a lot about Brie's character, within her interviews, and specifically the one with Clint Barton, and i'm gonna quote them: Brie Larson: "Forget about responsibility. I mean I'm committed to self-improvement and I work at being the best person that I can be and using this platform for as much good(in her view) as I can, but that doesn't mean that I don't make mistakes." Clint Barton: "I am pretty accountable and responsible my whole life at any rate, so celebrity isn't something that I use as any sort of platform, to be more responsible or accountable. There's certainly an absolute blessing to see the joy on kids faces" So yeah... I don't like her as an actor, as Captain Marvel AND as a person. And I am glad she only had 15 minutes in Endgame.
  8. Not for a specific reason. Captain marvel had a whole movie for her own, but the character development was as minimal as possible. From the beginning, she had no weakness, no bad character trait, no nothing. She didn't overcome anything other than a memory loss. I'm not saying it was a bad movie(not allowed to), but i wasn't that great either. Also, you can look into the characters and obstacles all other superheroes had to face, in order to become better.
  9. Did anyone do a comparison between the character development between Thor and Capitan Marvel? Thor: Firstly, he lost not half! but 3/4 of Asgard (half due to the massacre and the other half from the snap). Secondly he lost the last member of his family and he couldn't kill Thanos in time to prevent the snap, due to his vengeance. And even after all that, he had the power to stand and to act, not for himself, but for the universe. Capitan Marvel: She had a new haircut...
  10. This is my recommendation: If you plan on utilizing the 9900K to it's maximum performance, let's say an overclock of around 4.8-5Ghz, for long periods of time, then a liquid cooler is needed to improve the longevity of the CPU(for this case), since it won't reach too high temps. If you plan on leaving the 9900K as it is, and you don't need the extra performance from the overclock, then an air cooler is more efficient and less risky. Both of these options on MAX overload of the fans will produce some noise. The noise intensity and frequency depend on the fan itself(Size & RPM). Don't expect complete silence, when you need high performance. The case in this case! , will do most of the work.
  11. Guys I won't say don't trust partpicker, that would be foolish. But, read into the details, the lower wattage it displays is the system on idle, it does not show peaks. Also, if you plan on upgrading down on the road, after let's say 2-3 years, it will be easier to have some room left, than to be super tight on the wattage.
  12. 1st of all Love both of the builds you made. But I have some recommendations based on your choices, and if you need more help, we can pass it to DMs. Let's start with the CPU. Both of them are great, even though the i9 is on the expensive side, but both of them are really good. However!, since you won't be experimenting with a HELL lot of virtualization, and since your primary concern is video editing, I would be suggesting the i9 due to it's higher clock speed. The case you have picked has no place for the Disc burner. I am not an expert on this matter, but if you love silence and you HAVE to burn CD/BD, i would suggest an external option, of your choice. The same goes for the card reader, since there is no bay inside the case, go for an external one. If your work depends on a discreet and authentic windows license, in order to avoid weird fines(depends on the country) then go ahead and buy a full blown windows license. Otherwise, go buy a key from a site that offers and you're good to go. The same goes for the MS office license. If you need more info on that DM me. The motherboard on this build is TOO expensive on the Intel side. I would go for at least ~150 to 200 less on the motherboard, maybe to a Strix Z390-F. Finally, the PSU could be a little bit bigger, somewhere 750-850W, since your system is quite hefty, with a Plus 80 Platinum. You won't lose that much. Some of the steps I suggest will save you quite a lot of money. For instance if you follow steps, 3 and 4, you'll have around 350-400 to spend on MUCH more important stuff, such as more RAM(you would benefit from 32GB of ram), or another monitor.
  13. Could you suggest any option of either local or online store, that you are thinking of buying the components? EDIT: In order to adjust the prices correctly
  14. As someone who considers himself, an Asus fanboy, I would suggest you to also look into some other brands, before deciding. I own an Asus Zenbook FlIP 14 UX461UN, and the coil whine on this model, not only is apparent.... it was also denied RMA from the company as "accepted noise". Thought I am speaking out of anger, it's laptops are pretty good otherwise, and I am not completely dissapointed.
