Lag and graphics issue

Hello. Yesterday I reinstalled my windows 10 pro. And for some reason I'm having insane lag and odd looking graphics in my games. I've tried reinstalling windows again and graphics card drivers few times and nothing seems to improve..All of my drivers and windows updates are up to date. I don't know what to do anymore.
