Hi
I have a fight going on it seems between Nvidia and Adobe over what's going on with the Mercury Playback engine using the GPU. Neither wants to use the GPU. Premiere Plays black in the timeline/source/reference monitors and After Effects will hang on for a short time and then pretty much crap out and even crash. Nvidia is now blaming my motherboard and/or my OS, which is odd b/c apart from Adobe issues the rest of the thing is fine. Adobe is saying they've been hearing this a lot from NVidia gpus and Nvidia is claiming that "according to our engineering team, we don't have any reports of such problem from our Adobe partner."
Anyone have a guess what this might about?
