Blanket statements will result in warning points being dispensed even though it's not stated as against Community Standards. This is possibly only enforced on a pick-and-choose basis but be aware.
It would be locked down tighter than a preacher's daughter and cost 3x-5x more than CPUs on the market already also not to mention it'll be slow af. So no, I would laugh at it from a safe distance.
It's pretty decent. The next step up would be the ASRock Taichi, which is much better for OC but more expensive.
Edit: The Fatality is similar to the Taichi but less expensive. This is the best for the money.

Kinda funny coming from MSI, they haven't had a good board since Z97/X99 and literally only have one GPU model ever worth buying.
