  1. Haha well that’s good to know. Such a weird problem, thought DDU would do the trick but you’re right about that
  2. I did DDU and it didn’t work :(. I have a Corsair 850w 80+ gold psu. I’ll check hw temps with it and see if there’s a problem
  3. Hello, So I recently upgraded my Motherboard, CPU, and GPU to an x570, 5600x, and rtx 3070. One of these components have to be the issue since everything worked well before. All games that I launch like CSGO or Valorant or even Risk of Rain 2 work well until I load into a map. Once that happens, the application freezes (as seen in pictures) or crash. I can still click and I hear a gunshot go in CSGO and I still hear footsteps even though the visuals are frozen. Everything else works fine so I can exit the application and use task manager to end it, but it is annoying. I found a temporary solution to uninstalling and reinstalling NVidia Drivers, but on occasion that wears off and I have to do it again. Any tips? I’m not quick to jump on GPU problems because the GPU worked will with my old CPU and motherboard. I can test with my old GPU though to check. Thank you all in advance for your help
  4. I did it. Still doesn’t work. I cleaned the driver and re-installed windows on my old Pc but I realized I should probably just reinstall it now and clean it on the other PC
  5. On the Asus x570, it only gives me the “NVME Raid - enable/disable”. I’ll double check on the B350
  6. For sure, MSI bazooka mATX b350, Asus strix - e x570
  7. Hello, I recently upgraded my build from a 1600 + B350 to a 5600x + x570. At first, I moved my NVME SSD to my new motherboard and that caused many problems, so many BSOD. I decided to put my old motherboard and cpu back with the NVME and it still boots and works. I did a recovery installation and kept my files, then I moved it over, and I still have problems. Any help? I backed up a system image in case things go south. I’ll also export the important files too. Here’s what I noticed (on the new motherboard, old one boots fine) : - In CMD, the NVME is for some reason listed as a RAW drive. No idea why. I tried doing format fs=nsft (or whatever) and it went to 100% and said it couldn’t do it. - Windows Media Installation will not format the new NVME nor delete its partitions, error code 0x800701b1. Thanks in advance
  8. Hello, My NVME SSD recently switched motherboards and had trouble booting. I checked on CMD and running CHKDSK found no errors. I don’t want anything to be deleted as I have data on it, and after checking the files in the boot drive, there is no Windows folder. Only a Windows.Old. I don’t know how or why this happened but I think that might be a problem. I want to make my M.2 SSD bootable and with all its files. Let me know what to do to fix, appreciate the help!
  9. Hello, As title says, I have a problem with this PC since yesterday. Recently, I got a new CPU and Motherboard and now this NVME SSD was working until eventually this happened. It booted once off of this NVME after many BSOD, so I thought it was a driver issue and downloaded all the drivers for my upgraded hardware. Then, the PC reset and when I shut it down and turned it on, I kept getting a BSOD error saying “Kernel Data Inpage Error” and I tried fixing it. Now it doesn’t even BSOD, it goes straight to windows recovery with very limited options and a weird X: drive. I’m using Hiren’s Boot CD to try and recover the data before I clean install windows but I can’t find it, any help? Thank you in advance
  10. Got it, booted and this is weird. What does this mean for the drive? There’s no c: drive, only a boot drive labeled x: with 500MB (not GB like my hard drive) of storage. I attached photo:
  11. Thank you for the reply, I'll try this before saying screw it and deleting everything. I downloaded the ISO on my USB and will boot it from my PC, I'll let you know what happens. Thank you for your help
  12. Um... this happened. I might shut down and reinstall? Cortana said she’s getting things ready and let’s just say.... they’re not ready. Waited for 5 min.
  13. Yeah there's no partition, even if I try to extend it, it won't be enough. I'll download to SSD and try to recover from there
