Monstrous coolers and great overclocking make the zotac 900 series card look to be a winner

I'm building a setup for my girlfriend and I'm putting my 6970 from my current rig in it. She has around $200 (orignally planned for a 4670k), but we'd like to find something cheaper that would match well with the gpu. She'll be using it for gaming and general usage/web browsing.
