DUDE thank you. it isn't a massive lead but it answers quite a few of my questions.

So basically im trying to install the preview version of optifine foir 1.14.1 but i get this message. dunno what it means, tried reinstalling minecraft, googled it, all that standard stuff. still dunno.

Nevermind it works now. i dont know what changed but it worked

Im still getting the same error code

not gonna touch it lol. just glad its working XD 
anyway something fuckjed up and fixed itself

It's not going to work. Your MB output won't support anymore than 60hz for that board:
 
"- Supports DVI-D with max. resolution 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz 
- Supports HDMI 1.4b with max. resolution 4096 x 2160 @ 24 Hz / 2560 x 1600 @ 60 Hz
- Supports DisplayPort with max. resolution 4096 x 2304 @ 60 Hz "
 
Just wait until you get your card then you can tune all these things.
