I cant format it as it doesnt connect to the motherboard and get noticed I am going to try a different psu since the hard drive does not spin, i just cant tell why because the psu does power my ssd, just not the hard drive. As far as i know the drivers for sata are packed in with windows or something ??? if not i couldent find any recently

My part list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NPztPs Bios version: A.30 OS: win 10 pro I am on stock clocks and settings for all hardware as of right now My bios does not detect my hdd and im not exactly sure why, i have tried 2 other hard drives, western digital black and a seagate hard drive. I have tried new psu cables to the hard drives themselves along with new sata cables, I have tried different sata ports on the mobo, and even a new mobo of the same model, I just bought another to test and sent it back. It persists with out my ram installed, I have re-flashed the bios and cleared the cmos via the battery. I have also tried just booting with the hard drives and not the ssd, that did not fix the issue either. I have no words for how i can describe this issue. This is not my first build. Please help ;( If you guys need any more info just let me know. I made a post on reddit by the way:
