Thanks, I thought about attempting it myself, I'd probably be able to do it with some guides but I know someone who deals with board repairs for flight simulators, he said he'd do it if i decided not to do it myself. He'd be able to do it in minutes once I can find out exactly the caps I need to get.

Hi, I'm looking at replacing the caps on my Game Gear, but I can't seem to find a decisive answer for the particular board in my system. It is a 837-9130 va1 board, I would like to find out if anyone knows anything about them and can help with finding the right list of caps I will need. I have also Included a photo of the main board. Hi, I know this may be a bit of a strange one but I've been trying to find out on the Surface Pro 7 I have, it has two front facing cameras. One is the web cam and the other is the Windows Hello camera. I usually have a little privacy tab covering the front facing cameras on my devices and the thing I wanted to know is apart from Hello, can that camera do anything else and do I really need a privacy tab on it? tia, Paul.

Hi, thanks for all the advice, at the moment the Rosillo Sync program seems to do the job I need atm, Syncing the whole contents of one folder is good for now. I have only just set it up and tried it once so far, I imagine it syncs both ways, eg - i set it up on my desktop to share to my surface, so if i edit a file/folder on my surface it will sync the data back to the desktop? The files them selves would generally be MBs but the folder i want would be over 1gb. I use Onedrive for some bits and it works well for general file sharing things but this Rosillo app is probably better off for this particular task i need. Again thanks everyone.

Hi, I have been thinking if it would be possible to sync three or four folders between my PC and my Surface Pro 7. Networking is still something I don't know a lot about. Is there any software where I can use the wireless connection on the Surface to sync files to and from my PC which is connected by LAN to our Sky fibre hub. TIA, Paul.

Hi, I did, it didn't seem to help at first NordVPN doesn't seem to allow excluding programs only trusted WiFi networks (im using LAN) Now i have just changed a setting, it normally chooses protocol and server automatically but I've selected to manual. VPN protocol was on UDP, I set it to TCP and recommended server and i waited for new WU and it downloaded straight away. I hope that will work now. Thanks for the help.

Hi, i've got back into folding but Nord vpn on my pc seems to block f@h from getting any units, when i disconnect it works. Any tips i could try? tia Paul.

Hi, this is my first post here and hopefully I can explain things clearly enough. I work for a charity book shop and regularly need to research prices. We have a computer with a barcode scanner which allows us to scan a barcode into a a web sites field. We had an ipad 2 donated which we have set up to allow volunteers to use it when the computer is being used. My question is whether there is an app that would allow us to do the same thing, to scan a barcode with the front camera into the website field? TIA Paul
