if you want it to be really fast, you could always get another nvme, if your motherboard has enough room, but a hard drive will do. I just got a Seagate Barracuda 2TB (7200RPM) and its great. It comes in a 1TB model too.

much better for gpu if you run it top as exhaust. my gtx 1080 ti is totally choking on the intake config of my cpu AIO, thats why i am going to get a new case with my cpu upgrade to run it as exhaust

Yeah, it COULD be fine, but not if you ask tech jesus himself, he is dead set on NOT having tubes up. He has a new video on it you should watch.

Then you need to do some virtualisation, which you need another gpu for, this is the same as the video i referenced earlier.

It's just going to be better to get anoher computer anyways, your CPU does not have enough cores, and you'll need another gpu, so i would recomend just building a new pc, you can ues 2nd hand components to lower the cost, since it doesn't need to be too fast. I'm sorry. So just build a new pc with slightly older parts, and you should be good.

We'll just have to wait for OP to respond, then we can take it from there, but i really don't think his specs are good enough for running 2 vms, but that depends on what he is doing on them.

Thanks. I went with a kind of wild tubing run through the two radiators cris-crossing in front of the pump and im pretty happy with the wacky industrial look of it. Happy accidents?

I love the build, but there is a lot of tubes, but looks suprisingly good, and yes, the ulrtaslims are not the most efficient, but they seem alright. Overall, pretty neat!

i wouldnt commit to the cpu yet, cause the next gen may be out by then. Other than that, it looks pretty good.

They allow companies to license it for free to encourage adoption. Thunderbolt 3 is becoming usb 4 apparently.

    PORTS.

Having the single port on the MacBook Air is fine and dandy, but if I buy a PRO model MacBook that thing better come equipped with an RJ-45, USB 3.2, SDXC, Thunderbolt 3, and USB C ports.

    Better Thermal solutions

Its no secret that Macs thermal throttle like its going out of style and instead resort to some impressive software trickery to keep their performance in Final Cut or Logic faster. If Apple decided to make a slightly bulkier unit that could better handle the thermals of the processors they used and applied better thermal paste, Macs would be a much better product.

Which is weird because iPhones have crazy good thermals so Apple obviously understands how to cool a product down.

    Better keyboards

Just, better keyboards. I love my 2012 MacBook Pro's keyboard, but the newer models and even the stand alone keyboard are just disappointing to use.

    Modularity

I don't want to be swapping CPUs out, but maybe don't solder the SoDIMMs and M.2 to the logic board with no option for replacement parts thanks to that T2 chip.

    iMac as a standalone monitor

iMac's have beautiful displays, but once their internal tech becomes obsolete, you can't just use the beautiful display as a standalone monitor. Which is honestly a shame because they are such nice units.

There's probably other stuff, but my lunch break is ending.

Yeah, I get that. I remember one guy explaining how voice control and narration is helping him since he couldn't use keyboard or mouse. But beyond that, it's just straight up creepy and no one seems to give a damn which is just terrifying.

Could be a number of things: something's a little loose and wasn't making proper connection, or the charger-chip is buggy (they cost pennies, so them being buggy isn't exactly new), or something could've tripped over-current protection or something and it took a while to recover. No way of knowing, really, at this point.

Could still be dying. If not from the inside, then contact surfaces are loosening too much.

The li-ion cell inside it is probably dead. If you've got a multimeter, you could pop the powerbank open and check the cell's voltage -- it'd most likely show 0V.

Like batteries, powerbanks will die eventually. I've recently lost one of mine, which was in heavy use for 3 years. Thats about age phone batteries can go.
