im having audio issues with my "boss sound" speakers one is clearly louder than the other and when i swap the speaker wire the same speaker is quiet w=and the same one is loud its not an amplifier/balance issue and googling it seemed to do nothing thanks in advance -me

Yeah ill try but i dont have a 85hz one -
I was changing my display settings in linux lite 3.8 And accidentally set my display to 85hz i expected it to change back after 15 seconds like windows but it didnt and now im stuck

what games where you playing // are you at are more intense segment of the game and the drivers could have just happend at the same time or check you have nothing running in the background slowing the system

another possibility could be a poor power supply to the graphics card causing it to slow // thermal throttling check the system is getting proper air flow and clean out the fans or apply new thermal paste to the cpu/gpu -Xan
