  1. yes otherwise it wouldn't get to the boot screen wouldn't it?
  2. When i start my pc without my gpu in, it starts fine, however when i put my gpu in (gtx 760) it causing the boot screen to freeze then black screen. This is after a windows reset and i have tried downloading up to date drivers however problem continues. Any ideas? or is the GPU just dead?
  3. When I first got my PC i used a DVI cable from my graphics card to my 1080p ips LG monitor. I had no trouble with this and it gave alright colour. Some of my friends later told me i should be using HDMI instead though as DVI is outdated and doesn't give as good of an image as HDMI. So i changed to HDMI but there seemed to be a white tinge over the screen and the colour seemed to be dull. I went into nvidia control panel and moved the digital vibrents done from 50 to 49 and it seemed to detect something and the colour issue was fixed. However whenever i would restart my PC i would have to go into nvidia control panel again and move the digital vibrance to fix the problem. I'm guessing its not the HDMI cable being faulty as it seems to be able to transmit the right colour after the digital vibrants has been moved, and my nvidia drivers for my GTX 760 were up to date. Has anyone else had this issue and or know how to fix it. Thanks in advance.
