I'm not into it but, but lets say u want a domain like www.yourwebsite.com you can run a program that switchs your ip configuration so your domain is always related to your ip that way you dont need a static ip. But i dont know much about it just know it exists.

Do a custom one, for that amount it cannot get wrong + its easy to build a pc and u have all the suport u need here.
