  1. The keyboard, been using an old shitty membrane board for forever!
  2. Heyah, I got headphones for Christmas, it doesn't have a built in mic so I have a few options. I could return the headphones and exchange them for a cheaper headset and some store credit or pay a tiny bit more and get a more expensive headset [option 1, option 2] (really looking for 7.1 here). Or I could buy a separate microphone to use with the headphones I already have (mod mic is way out of price range ). I was thinking maybe pick up a lav mic or try and find a microphone that plugs into my existing headphones (they have a detachable cable) [example, but a bit more expensive than I'd like] Does anyone have any experience with any of the products I've posted or any knowledge on microphones/headphones? I'm your typical gamer and often have some family shouting in the background and whatnot and would prefer not to have to use push to talk too much (ergo desktop mics are out of the question) Thanks in advance for any help
  3. Any idea what kind of products I'd be looking at in that range? Can I expect an IPS panel, good viewing angles, a smart TV? If you know of a good tellie in that range, could you link it to me and tell me why it's good? Thanks
  4. What I love about this bundle (headset and system) are all the different lighting options. If you want green, you can have green. If you want red, you can have red.
  5. I don't have much experience with monitors, is the IPS panel enough to justify the smaller screen size?
  6. Getting a second monitor for my laptop (I used to have one and they are just way too good for research and multitasking to not get one again) that unfortunately broke down. Now, I would like an upgrade from that crappy monitor to 1080p. Unfortunately, I am on a budget of approx £100 (give or take a tiny bit in each direction). I would primarily be using this for (as above) research (browser open in one screen and word in the other), watching youtube videos whilst talking to people on facebook, and following twitch chat whilst fullscreen on the stream. I'd like the largest monitor I can get in that price range without giving up on quality, IPS isn't necessary, but good viewing angles are appreciated. I wouldn't mind buying something a bit older as long as it does the job. So: £100 budget 1080p 60Hz as large a size as possible okay viewing angles Does anyone have any suggestions?
  7. Please. Also, I sometimes like to take my socks off, glue them to my nose and pretend I am an elephant.
  8. I really do love the IPS panel and the front facing speakers whilst I think the option to fully submerge your phone is kind of a gimmick. But hey, bragging rights and you can use it in rain. Really, dbrand, really. Console skins? We over here at PcGamingMasterRace™ would most likely boycott you were it not for your great variety of custom skins on an even greater variety of awesome smartphones!
  9. A crappy laptop (i3@1.4GHz | 6GB RAM | Geforce 720m) bought at an stupidly high price (~$700) - thanks PcWorld for your expertise NEW TOTAL: $169700
  10. My mother decided she didn't need a £1200 Facebook machine and sold her Macbook Pro. Now, because I'm the techie in the house I have been forced to find her an android tablet in and around the £100 range, only I don't know anything about tablets. Any suggestions? She has no preferences to any tablets, any looks or screen sizes.
  11. This phone would be one beat of a selfie maker
  12. Throw a dart at a list of Bethesda games
  13. @Osmium @helping I read your advice and made some changes in italics: He advanced slowly, the knife in his hand trembling slightly. She backed further into the corner, trying to create distance between herself and her would-be killer. The corners of his lips curved upwards, knowing that there was nothing she could do to change what would happen. What was happening. He lunged forward, stabbing at her, penetrating her shoulder. She screamed in pain and darted to the left of him, tripping and falling to the smooth, oak floor. He lunged at her again, this time slicing her left hand. Blood poured, spattering her face and chest. She moaned in agony, knowing the worst was yet to come. He stood over her, watching as her tears met blood, creating small red designs on her face and neck. Her eyes weren't on him. They danced furtively around the room, searching for something that could save her life. There was nothing. He lashed forward and blood spurted in all directions, creating precise patterns. Whilst I admired the varying splatters on the walls, her head cocked backwards and exposes her throat; or what was left of it. The blood caused his whole body to jerk backwards and for a split second an array of emotion burdened him. He kneeled next to her and lifted her still-warm fingers to his lips. The distinctive smell of copper filled him as he showed her his respect and kissed her hand. Standing up, he looked down.. The knife was no longer trembling. I would still appreciate if anyone could suggest how I could proceed with the story.
