You have some sort of caching enabled. A SATA SSD cannot achieve speeds anywhere near that high. I can't remember what Samsung calls it, but I do know that their software offers caching, so if you turn that off you'll see the proper performance numbers.

Makes sense! I mainly just downloaded the Samsung magician cause i thought crystaldiskmark was bugged.

I'll snoop around in there and see if I can find it, thanks!

  2. Was recently benchmarking some drives and realized my one 870 EVO SATA drive had abnormally high benchmark speeds.

Transfer speeds are perfectly normal around 500 MB/s

I guess I was really just curious as to what caused this and since google wasn't providing much of an answer, I figured some of you guys on here might have had something similar happen!

  3. Turn Hardware acceleration off in your browser, update Windows and all your graphics drivers.

Windows has always had a hard time with their frame synchronizations (though it has gotten better over the years) off of the same GPU so alternatively you can try running the second monitor off integrated graphics if you're already fully updated.

The funny thing to me is that WAY more people seem to be fine with people on YouTube and other "free" platforms doing TV-exclusives (eg. a channel like DudePerfect), whereas this is somehow heretical. Something like Vessel is WAY MORE accessible than a show on network TV will ever be, both locally and globally.

It's kinda painfully obvious the biggest problem people have isn't that you have an exclusive show... Come on now, you know that.

There's literally been thousands of comments on how "you broke your word"  Be it technically correct or not.

I wonder how people would have reacted if Linus hosted the video.

See... That argument would've really only made sense if it was Ed or (god forbid) Taran.

A lazy filler video is a lazy video. Don't try to play it off.

Putting a GPU in a PC doesn't deserve a 5 minute video, it deserves a 20 second segment like they've done in past build guides

This is a series that we should have created years ago, but didn't. While content like this may not be useful for you, it will be useful for thousands of others who are just starting their journey in PC hardware & tech. While it may not have been important enough to you to watch it, it was important enough to us to create it, and in the long term we believe it will be a very valuable tool for beginners. And don't worry - "Basic" is not the only How To level we plan to address. More challenging/"interesting" stuff will come (soon, I think).

Funny man.  And what exact experience do you have on sales or marketing or any other business that contradicts...   Well you know.  The actual way businesses run.

If if I tell  client I am creating content just for them and I will not allow anyone else to use it.  They should take that to mean that the content I am creating for them is not going to be reused.   That is common sense.

That is the equivalent of what Linis stated.   However what many here took it to mean is the equivalent of my client meaning that anything I create is only for them.  It defies reason and it goes against common practice.

And I have 15 years in business including being the director of sales for multiple companies.
