this might sound dumb...but if it works, in your opinion, can i run a mc server on it?

im in the US. thats kind of why Im confused because the parts are from all over and the RAM does not say which ddr it is either

I got a couple old motherboards/GPUs/fans/etc off my local second hand market and I found this dual socket motherboard. It came along with a whole freaking compaq server rack. But it got what got me interested in the board were the HUGE copper blocks on top of the chips passively cooling them. So I was hoping someone could help me find out what the hell I have and what it can realistically do. I included pictures but if you need better pictures or passibly from different angles id gladly help out. Just excited to know what this board is.

Ok chrome isn’t working anymore but my smart tv works and my ps4 can play online games perfectly fine

I would try re downloading the apps that don’t work but it’s literally every app on my computer (,malwarebytes, obs, gyazo, razed cortex, etc..)

So I'm not sure what happened but about a week ago I started experiencing really bad internet problems, mostly just spikes in my network and I didn't know what to do so I go a new wifi card after trying things(i got the Tp-link AX3000 Archer TX50E) and it works, it connects to the internet I get 120mbps but I can't open steam, I can't open discord, all other applications except for browsers cannot connect to the internet and I'm not sure what to do at this point. All other devices in the house work perfectly fine on the internet so that's why I really confused (edit: I forgot to mention that I did download the drivers for the wfi card) I've tried: I tried a TCP/IP reset, didn't work(idk techsupport suggested it) doing this proxy, it didn't help (idk microsoft mod said something about it) https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/only-chrome-can-connect-to-the-internet/4563c90b-0114-4d2b-a28b-c726cbe2a4b3 then system reported wifi card detected or resource (dns server) is not responding so I messed around with the DNS,again nothing I tried resetting the router,nothing (worth a shot) and at this point I don't know what to do, I don't have much knowledge on how any networking works so at this point I just want my internet not to be absolute trash(for reference that steam download is MK11, I've downloaded before in about 3 hours)

So I just put together this computer : ryzen 3 3200g g skill ripjaw ddr4 3200mhz msi b450i gaming plus ac evga 450w psu everything went together, I checked and nothing was dead. I went to go boot it up and black screen nothing detected, I tried different ports. But I realized my back io isn’t working(neither is my front). The only thing that is on is the dram led. I watched plenty of videos, my power connectors aren’t loose, i've tried booting with one stick of ram(I tried both). At this point I think it might be the Cpu that's the problem but I pray it's not that, So I’m not sure what the issue is, Please help so I pulled out my other computer and before messing with the cpu I tried the ram, it was the ram, I guess the ram died..

So after looking at balls out amazing liquid cooling builds and some people discussed Ethylene Glycol, stuff found in Coolant and Antifreeze, in their systems. It made me think, what is a more ridiculous fluid also found in cars that could work? Then it hit me, MOTOR OIL!!! Because motor oil is used to cool and lube a cars engine, and it's super durable since it has to be changed after thousands of miles, so maybe it could work in a Liquid Cooling System. I researched a bit but most people of the discussions i found were for entire systems being cooled like a mineral oil dip, but I'd just want to run it in a closed loop. I feel kind of optimistic since there have been videos of people using Orange Juice and crap like that in their system. My only fear is that its kind of combustible so kind of afraid of that. Sooo my hdd was corrupted (cuz it stop with all the windows stuff )and it had my os on it , so I’m kinda stuck cuz I have my access key for windows but I need to somehow get it to my computer

So my computer is stuck in the “preparing automatic repair” loop and I was told to use the command prompt but it says I need to sign in as an admin but there are no accounts listed..I don’t know what to do now

So My os is on a pretty old and beat up hdd so I wanted to transfer the os to my ssd but it’s just so complicated and I tried to follow the steps and I ended up in the “preparing automatic repair” infinite loop , so I have no idea how to fix it or how to transfer my os and I’m just lost and looking for help.
