hi guys i planning to use liquid metal on my build i am aware that you cannot use on aluminum but what i worry is ,is the retention arm in the cpu socket made of aluminium? thx

Hi guys recently I got a hdmi to component converter from bang good.com to connect my psp to the monitor but it doesn't work no display detected.I plug in all the cable that is needed. Currently I send a ticket to their website but still have to wait.In the mean time I wondering if there is anyone out there have the same problem and how to go about it i using PSP 3000 series and using dell s2715H monitor. i am connecting on 5GHZ still window says N connection

also not sure why but window keep saying my connection is 802.11n both my router and my wifi card support ac any idea how to change that?

ok i factory reset it and yes much better download speed but only up to 8M bytes use to be 13 at least and also i find a open space channel still the same

qos is not enable portforwarding i dont touch it and upnp is enable.Hard drive i using WD black 1tb should be able to handle it

hi guys i using an asus RT-AC55UHP router connected to my wifi card tp link T6e archer. After a firmware update on my router for some fix in security my steam download speed slow down alot. From 13Mb/s to just 4Mb/s. i had try switching different channel still the same. Lucky my gaming ping is not affected .I used to have this problem but is fixed with channel 48 but now it does not work .So now i hoping for someone to give me some tip on how to speed up my internet connection .I dont mind disable some security feature that might be slowing things download since i dont store personal information on my computer any help will be great thx

hi guy today i tried connecting my old psp 3006 model to my window 10 computer but no matter what i did it cannot be reached on the psp it say please wait and that it . Things i tried using different usb ports and that it .I can tell that the cable is detected correctly because when i plug it out it say connect to a pc or ps3. But when i plug back in it just say please wait and nothing happen. So i was wondering if window 10 no longer support psp ? any answer will be get thx

hi guys i having this weird issue where my DVD drive will just randomly not detected by bios.Yesterday is was working fine but after i just unplug the fan 4 pin plug to clean my fan it not detected. I tried update bios version,using cmos to reset, changing my sata cable with other device i have. Weirdly enough when i decided to plug back the sata cable that i though it failed works again.Then just yesterday it cant be detected again. So is it the sata port itself or the cable i really dont know how to answer that. I tried connect to my other sata port same issue i doubt both of my sata port will fail at the same time right ? my dvd works fine can open close normally just cannot be detected on my computer Anyone who know can tell me which is the root cause ? i was hoping is not the traces in the motherboard that crack causing this issue thx i also notice when i plug the suspended cable my computer will hang at the post screen for about 10 sec or so then it boot to window .When i remove it , it will boot normally (about 3 sec)

ok then lastly usually when CPU delid they will apply liquid metal but then to prevent from short circuit that will usually use a electric tape to cover the pcb only the cpu die is left expose there.that is ok for newer CPU but for my 4790k beside the CPU die there is a role of small resistor i think .So if i did the same thing will the electric tape accidentally pull off the resistor ?

but some of them say the old glue have a thin layer of thickness that increase the space between the IHS and the cpu die itself (very small) .I agree with this but will this issue affect the cpu temp by alot ?

hi i just delided my cpu and successfully got a temp lower by 8-10C but when i relid the cpu i didn't remove the old black glue as is too hard and time consuming .I just let the cpu socket clamp down the IHS . My question is, is it a must to crap the old glue clean? will it affect the temp alot ? thanks

hey man LLC stand for Load-Lind calibration right? my option is regular to extreme dont have level 5

LLC setting is at auto i set to regular same thing.The "throw abit of power down the road " is it something i cannot control?

hi guys when i set cpu voltage as adaptive under the turbo setting i set to 1.163v with a - offset of 0.010 then when i ran cin bench the volt goes up to 1.2 v plus why is this so isn't it suppose to be like 1.153v and idle and full load at 1.163v? Can someone guild me for this cause i heard you can save power consumption if you know how to do it thx i using a 4790k with a asus z97-k motherboard
