I'm about to order a new cpu cooler to try that. should i use the stock thermal compound on the cooler or buy third party compound?

im getting random cpu temp spikes in my cam software. itll be sitting at 39-42 degrees C then spike to 80+ degrees C. anyone know what could be causing this? let me know if you need any other info. Thank you!

monitor mounting solution, vesa desk mount vs included stand. or just different ways to set up multiple monitors.
