Is the noctua CPU Cooler: Noctua - NH-U14S TR4-SP3 140.2 CFM CPU Cooler any better than the kraken 62 I was wanting a kraken but I saw noctua. What would be better for the thread ripper.

If you want a good desk pc I would spend time and not rush building it. But I would take borb suggestions and get your self some old cases

Your PS looks fine But i would go with a Lepa water cooler they are cheap i have one and it keeps my cpu at 40c on full load

1150ti just sounds weird to say hope they name is something other than numbers.

Get a ssd and possibly a bigger HDD if you have a extensive steam library.
