Putting the drive in another computer will not help, it has a bitlocker on it.
The partition would be the same, you'll have 2 important partitions, you're recovery partition and your boot/data storage partition. My best guess at this point would be to download DART onto a flash drive or disc and boot from that, and use DART to change the Admin password so that you can run the start up repair as Admin. Google will be very helpful for that process.
