A friend of mine had a spark arc from his computer cable and his wall socket and his computer wont start now. So he has decided to buy a new computer that is more powerful, he already bought a new Power supply in hopes that it would fix his computer but it didn't. So what i was wondering is whether his CPU, RAM and Graphics Card would still be usable in his new system so we could check if they are broken or if they could break the new components.
