  1. Yeah, only problem is I can't find the i5 8400 for around 200-210$, only where I could find it is here https://www.outletpc.com/kj2375-intel-core-i58400-coffee-lake-6core-28-ghz-lga115.html?utm_source=kj2375-intel-core-i58400-coffee-lake-6core-28-ghz-lga115&utm_medium=shopping%2Bengine&utm_campaign=pcpartpicker&utm_content=Intel%2B-%2BzOOS, but its US. And thats on sale too, was 300$ damn wtf. I mean what other cpu would be close to i3 8100 with performance?
  2. Do I have to create an amazon account just for germany or is an amazon account the same for everything? I'm really stupid let me know
  3. Do you think the i3 8100 is a good choice? I mean it comes the same as an i5 7500 which makes it great. And for ryzen, I don't multitask, render, and all that so I don't really need hyper threading. Let me know what you think overall is it a good choice with the budget and everything. I mean I could squeeze 100$ more for the i5 8400 trust me.
  4. So just ordering from Amazon.de will have no extra charge? How will it know where's my location and where to ship it then?
  5. Oh got it, thanks. Is there any way I can avoid it?
  6. Didn't quite understand the VAT and 20% bonus paying? I can even squeeze it a bit and make it a i5 8400, just problem is I can't find anywhere I can buy the i5 for 200-220$, which is a normal price.
  7. Yeah and one important thing, Newegg doesn't ship to Croatia (where I'm at), but amazon does, so I'm only picking components from Amazon.
  8. Yeah but It's not worth waiting 2 more months to save 15$, think i'll buy it soon as possible. Thanks for the help
  9. Okay, when are the new mobos coming out? thanks
  10. But intel is better for gaming, i've seen tests, the i3 8100 8th gen is the same as i5 7500 7th gen, so It seems like a better choice for the i3? Or just pick the i5 7500? I could even go for the i5 8400, if it's worth it. Idk, from what i've seen, picking the i5 7500 is the same as picking the i3 8100, but the i3 is cheaper, but the mobo isnt, but overall the price is cheaper. I mean, take a look at the video, (yea its 7400 not 7500 but theyre really almost the same) the i3 comes a bit better actually, so I think it's quite good actually.
  11. Yeah but more cores and threads don't really mean a lot to me since it's mostly for gaming, and I don't mean to OC so.. And overall combined with the expensive mobo's, the intel i3 choice is around 30-40$ cheaper i3 8100 - 130$, motherboard - 120$ = 250$ r5 1600 - 200$ (it's actually 220$ but now on sale), motherboard - 90$ = 290$ Same performance in gaming.
  12. but isn't intel better for gaming? I can go for ryzen 5 1600 its (200$ on amazon), but isn't intel better for gaming? Should I just go for the 7th generation, skylake or whatever? I've seen some tests and intel proves to be better. Like i3 8100 is almost the same as r5 1600 in gaming tests. So really confused rn. As already said, budget around 720$, but I can squeeze it to 760$. For the storage, I have it so no need for that.
  13. Hi, making a new build, just need some suggestions, does it fit overall thx. Processor: i3 8100 (coffe lake), might be i5 8400 if I find one affordable. https://www.amazon.com/Intel-BX80684I58600K-Core-i5-8600K-Processor/dp/B0759FTRZL/ref=sr_1_3?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1514991101&sr=1-3&keywords=i5&th=1 Graphics card: gigabyte geforce gtx 1060 6gb g1 gaming https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N0P24HI/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 OR https://www.amazon.com/GeForce-Dual-fan-Gaming-Graphics-DUAL-GTX1060-O6G/dp/B01JHQT1SE/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1514997690&sr=1-2&keywords=asus+1060 I'm thinking about going the gigabyte one, let me know what you think. Going to OC it, keep it moderate. since the gigaybte one has 8 pins, thats a + Motherboard: https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Z370-GAMING-PLUS-Motherboard/dp/B075GSVHGP/ref=pd_sim_147_4?_encoding=UTF8&refRID=DY1GZPMBZG1YAAFGFS0T&th=1 found the most cheapest z370 lol. RAM: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0123ZBPDA/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 (yes I know 8gb is not good enough, but im on budget rn and will upgrade), Is 3000 enough with the build or do you prefer 3200? Don't have enough $ for 3200. PSU: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01B72W0A2/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 Case: (I want to know if all that will fit in the case) http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/cm-690/ , yes i know it's old, but I don't really care about aesthetics, just performance mostly. Just let me know what you think, I'm not a super crazy expert in computers, but I have some knowledge. Will the gpu fit in the case? If you have anything in mind, you think that'll be better or something let me know what you think. Keep in mind im on a budget! Maybe around 720$, I can add a bit more for the i5. Going to use the PC JUST for gaming, don't care about the PC looks, aesthetics, if it's rgb or things like that, don't care about the color scheme, just straight performance. Should I switch to 7th gen processors? (Because it's cheaper). Let me know! Thanks! ((Also, I know it's off topic but I need to ask, I'm worried about amazon VAT or how do you call it, will I have to pay 20% more off the whole build (so like 144$) because of the VAT? First time ordering from amazon don't know how it works lol. You know what I mean, sorry if i didn't explain myself very well.))
