Same phone same problem, what ended up working for me was turning the Wi-Fi on on the camera on then going into my Wi-Fi settings on my phone and connecting my phone to the cameras Wi-Fi and it will say no internet connection. Then open the app you may need to add the camera name and password in the app options (top right-hand corner in the app) after doing all that mine work without a problem.
