Takes me like 10 minute to install Win 10 and it will either completely fix your issue - or show you its hardware very quickly.  This is my experience.  
 
However Ive never had a "Windows" issue I can remember that would force a reinstall (have had hardware, easier to diagnose imho), its always been a virus or something and a fresh install is just very easy.
 

Yep, I ran an i5 and 980 Ti off a Corsair CX450M, you'll be fine with a 970 and i3 so long as your PSU is a quality unit.

Ignore the haters. SLI as an upgrade path still works very well almost all the time.. Most people who deride it on these forums haven't tried recently anyways.
 
But with that said. It doesn't look like that motherboard has sli support, so no beuno.

This was a pic from about 2 weeks ago before it even got windows but I instantly saw my mistake and flipped it over for better air intake and to take advantage of the air filter underneath the psu

I have the i3 6100
Evga 450  bt psu 
 Msi h110 gameing
8gb of g skill 2400
1tb wd hard drive
I still need my gpu 
My case is the cooler master 3.1 lite 
 
My keyboard is the cooler master devastator 2 mouse and keyboard bundle 
And my fan are cheap ones off of Amazon 
 
Once I get my gpu I spent a total of $402

Could be the oc, it might not be completely stable. I’ve has similar issues happening to me and lowering the oc fixed it.
