    pcie 3.0 has more than enough bandwidth for all current gpus, so it won't really benefit gpu performance. you could go with a x470 platform but you will need to flash the bios to use ryzen 3000 on it. & in order to flash the bios, you need a ryzen 1000 or 2000 cpu.
     
    if you don't have an earlier ryzen cpu, some electronics retailers can flash the bios for you at a small fee

    Unless your going to use PCIe 4.0 NVME storage you will see no difference. Graphics cards don't ever saturate the bandwidth of PCIe 3.0 yet.

    You would need an actual speaker amp. Not only becuase the speakers probably need more power than what you laptop can provide, but also becuase you wouldn't have a way to connect the speakers without an amp with binding or spring posts.

    Razer has awful quality control, I would stay away from the blade unless you have endless patience. The new XPS line are great though and I don't know about the rest.

    Thank you, I am currently torn between the xps 13 and the spectre x360 so no razer blade for me.
