Oh boy, I'm in a new phase of interest, this time it's making bread, made some ok bread a few days ago and now decided to try making my own bread starter because I ran out of yeast
also for some reason I decided to use grams for one and ounces for the other, that's totally not gonna be confusing totally not

don't worry they have been put into a corner far away from my keyboard. Though I probably should have done this in the kitchen so I wouldn't have a chance of coating my keyboard in flour
