Not your only option, but possibly your best option. If you can burn an iso to disc, you should be able to boot from it and install from CD.

you need to force adaptive sync, Fifa 17 has a double buffer on freekicks, corners, etc.....in settings set it to run at unlimited fps, not 60, then in your graphics card software, set up a fifa profile with adaptive sync on.
Works for me on AMD using radeon pro

Its not a smart idea because if you put it in a cold space, you risk condensation build up as you heat up and cool down which in turn can and will fry the PC.

Could maybe work if you used watercooling and had radiators on the outside. the downside is if it gets sunny you are about to toast your system. Actually having the pc outside without plastidipping it (or even with plastidip) is not an great idea.
Then again its linus, and they are supposed to be the topgear of pc building. They need to do more idiotic stuff
