  1. rm550x-$140 straight power 11-$130 pure power 11-$110

  3. Im currently looking at upgrading my psu. Just looking for peoples opinions. At the moment Im looking at the bequiet pure power 11 500w cm, the straight power 11 550w and the corsair rm550x It will be powering a gtx 1070 and a ryzen 5 2600x and I'll probably be overclocking. Im living in Australia so I'll probably be buying from either scorptec, pc case gear or mwave, My budget is about 150 Aud thanks in advance
  4. He's 13, so he wouldn't be doing much other then gaming and maybe a bit of homework here and there
  5. I looked into the g610, but I cant seem to find it for less then $150, and very few stores seem to sell it over in Australia
  6. Im currently looking for a keyboard for my brother, and I have 3 in mind but I cant decide which. My budget is about 100. Here are the keyboards I've found so far: https://www.msy.com.au/viconline/keyboard/21139-logitech-g413-black-920-008313-mechanical-gaming-keyboard.html https://www.msy.com.au/viconline/wired/19914-corsair-gaming-k66-ch-9103000-na-cherry-mx-red-non-led-full-mechanical-keyuboard.html https://www.msy.com.au/viconline/wired/18769-steelseries-64575-apex-m500-mx-blue-mechanical-gaming-keyboard.html Thanks in advance
  7. My friends recently noticed that they could hear my desktop apps while talking to me through discord. I initially just thought it was because my volume was up to loud and my mic was picking it up, but I later noticed that it was still picking up the desktop audio when my mic was muted through the physical button on the headset. I've already checked stereo mix and ensured it was turned off. Im using a steelseries arctis 3 Thanks in advance
  8. If you could try and get 2 4gb sticks of ram so that you could run it in dual channel and an ssd would be great if you can squeeze it into your budget alongside the hdd. Other then that the system looks pretty good
  9. Can someone recommend a decent psu for under 150 aud. I need at least 500 watts and its preferable that its modular or semi-modular thanks in advance
  10. I've trying to get my ram running at its rated speeds for ages and am finally considered updating my bios. Im using a ryzen 5 2600x and a msi b350 tomahawk. I want to know the risks of a bios update and if it would be worth it thanks in advance
  11. Just wondering if its possible to vesa mount my msi g27c2, ive been looking into multi monitor setups and being able to mount it with vesa would be incredibly convenient. Thanks in advance
  12. haven't tried moving dimm sticks, I'll do that next time I get a chance, I heard great things about the b350 tomahawk and its ram overclocking. I just thought it would just be one of ryzens ram compatibility issues, I was considering new ram so that I could go up to 16gb of ram and get some ryzen approved/samsung b-die ram
  13. Tried all of that, and my motherboard bios should be running on a late on a late 2018 version
  14. Tried xmp and would sometimes be stable with 2800mhz, any higher and windows will crash when running games. some games crash whenever I go over 2400mhz. I've tried changing ram timings, voltages and tried using msi memory try it and I still get the same results.
