    Use tails, librebooted x60 Thinkpad, mac spoofer, and public wifi. Never go to the same place twice, wear a hood, facemask, and sunglasses. Remember to use a bridge in the Tor settings!

    A few more tips:
    remove the hard drive so nothing gets written to it
    keep the display window for Tor default
    ALWAYS have javascript DISABLED
    torrenting can be dangerous
     
    If however you just want to innocently look around and not download or do anything illegal, even Windows would be fine (GNU/Linux is a better option though), just keep tor default display size, use a bridge, and disable javascript, custom fonts, etc.

    on an aio cooler? wow, I cant upgrade this year or the next tho. Planning to once this pc becomes obsolete
