SLI for nvidia cards, CFX/crossfire for AMD cards.

SLI is something they will actively advertise. If they dont say 'supports SLI', then it doesnt.

SOLVED:

What I did was remove the CMOS battery and followed the "Clear RTC RAM" instructions.
 

My friend had the same thing in the past. His PC won't start and after pushing the on button, it just make a click sound and after that restarts itself but then also click and goes back to restart. Not able to proceed into windows at all.
 
He changed the PSU and everything is working again. Maybe you can use another PSU to see if it works on your PC since you mentioned you have another PC.

Turns out I am wrong again.. It has something to do with my 2nd and 3rd monitor (my tv) being mirrored) if I change it so that both displays extend my primary display... it all works as it should.. Really weird.. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

You could try pushing the 2400 to 2666

Unless the game is written in a way that work well with SLI, if not, most of the time adding SLI will not benefit much at all. Also depends on your monitor. Example you have a 60Hz monitor and your current 1080Ti can already produce more than 60 fps then by adding another GPU will not be advised. Even if you have like 1000fps, your monitor can only display 60fps ...

Anyway, just google it and realized that the capture card actually does not help in a Single PC (which is your case). Capture card will help when you have 2 PC (1 to game on and the other to stream).

guys, what if you built a system in a dual pc case that had a computer capable of gaming and a pfsense router with a network switch in like a 5.25" bay or something. 
 
Imagine it: You roll up to the LAN party. Your friends need that sweet sweet wired connection, rather than running 10 lines to all your buddy's systems, you just run 1 wire to your system, then hook them up to your system's built in router. Sounds pretty dank to me.

It is with all z series mobos. They have an x99 mobo with a cpu that has more pcie lanes allowing it to run more than just the 2 x8 connections the z series mobos can.

Also when I said gpu it is meant to be cpu. My damn autocorrect changes it for some dumb reason.

It means you fail ... I mean more like your OC fails. 99% of the time is due to temps. So just monitor what's your temp when doing the Aida64.

hehehehe. Once I get my miner finished. I'm planning to have it fold every now and then. May see just how many points I can get in a day or so once its paid itself off

You do know that it is a proven fact that if you were to invest your money DIRECTLY into the coins playing the stocks a bit INSTEAD OF buying mining HW, You make more money faster for the same amount of work... just saying.
