  1. Hi, Recently my dads computer has begun showing a blue screen on startup. He says the computer was doing an update. When it happens it says Critical Process has Died. I am able to get into the automatic repair where i can choose to troubleshoot the PC, however, when i choose to reset the pc while keeping the files it doesn't work and says "There was a problem resetting your PC. NO changes were made." I then also tried going into advanced options and booting in safe mode. This does not work either, with the same Critical Process error message coming up. Similarly when i try to go back to a previous version of windows it doesn't work. I don't know what else to do and any help would be much appreciated!
  2. Hey Just curious about how many people buy pc parts in store or online. Personally i prefer buying parts online since there are many more options.
  3. How important is tool-free case design to you? or are you ok with dealing with screws etc?

  7. The only thing i have seem to have found software wise is it that windows 7 has problems running bf4.Otherwise (if you haven't already) you should check your GPU and CPU temps, could be thermal throttling, is the system regularly cleaned? whats the air flow like? you may also want to try replacing thermal paste if temperature is your issue.

  12. The airflow should be adequate, i have had this system for almost 2 years and am only having problems now. All my case fans are working.
  13. HI The other day i posted here about my evga gtx 770 temps. I explained that my gpu starts at about 38 degrees celcius and increased into the high forties, the gpu fan is running at 48% speed (idle). I was told to replace the thermal paste, which i did today. Since i have replaced the thermal paste i have not seen an improvement in temps. Currently it is running at 45C at 47% fan speed. I have noticed that the gpu outercasing is not hot, however the actual card is very hot to the touch (at idle). Is this normal??? I do not know what else to do, i have made sure all my fans are running and am using it with the side panel off. Help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.
  14. Thank You for your help:) I will look into replacing the thermal paste.
