I've got 2 Options STRIXGTX970DC2OC4GD5 from Asus [used for 3 years , out of warranty] Gigabyte 1650 Gaming OC 4 GB [New] Which one should I choose .. if Both Cost the same ?

I've got 2 options 1) intel i7500 Build 2) Intel 8400 Build the 2) Build cost's 62.64 USD Extra Is it really Worth that Extra Money I know there would be difference in the performance but is that difference Considerably noticable that I Should go for Intel i5 8400 . I'm a Mild Gamer But Mostly be using this Pc for Android Studio .

Though Intel ridiculously price most of its processors ...but in the case of Intel i5 8400 ...they have priced it fairly well. Is it really worth it ???? Or does it lacks something...I mean any major drawbacks of it
