I realise that English is not your first language, but it's very difficult to figure out what it is you are asking. The temps in the gif you included are all nearly 30C which is better than normal. Your max CPU temp is 60C which is also pretty normal for a CPU to hit during startup.

There's usually a jumper on the board, if not you can just pull the battery out. Unplug it, cycle the power a few times to eliminate any remaining electricity in the motherboard, remove battery/jumper for a few seconds. This will reset CMOS.

It looks good to me. Only one thing I would say is you could spend an extra 15-20 on a better CPU cooler to bring it up to the price you had originally. Would also help you get a little more out of that 8600k

    https://www.gamersnexus.net/hwreviews/3157-intel-i5-8600k-review-overclocking-vs-8700k-8400/page-2

At stock clocks the 7700k is faster in some games because of the higher base clock speed. The 8600k will be better for future games, and will match the 7700k at the same clock speeds. There's no point getting a K series CPU if you don't overclock.

The extra threads on the 7700k are meaningless, since hyperthreading is significantly slower than having real physical cores. http://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/intel-core-i5-8600k-processor-review,7.html

    For sure.

    For 1-4 threads, an 8600k @ 4.2Ghz will be the same as a 7700k @4.2GHz

For more than 4 threads an 8600k will beat a 7700k even at stock speeds.

Older games (like GTA V) don't really use more than 4 threads effectively, but newer games will, making the 8600k a better option for the future.

    @-TesseracT-

I found the problem. I had V-Sync forced on to "fast". Once I turned that off, GPU usage went up and I'm hitting 200fps at 4K.

Still really odd for it to be doing that, though.

Bad network controller and/or drivers? Not exactly common for this to cause crashes, but it would make sense in light of the fact that the crashes happen when you're using a lot of network bandwidth.

Yeah, I wouldn't trust drivers to be bug-free just because they came from the Asus website. You can get the most recent drivers directly from Intel:

It's more the case that computing has become a mature technology in the same way cars and aircraft did in the 1960s. New features as well as power and efficiency gains have become much slower and more expensive to achieve than they used to be. 15 years ago, both Intel and AMD were planning 10GHz chips that never materialised.

It's "good enough". Even if it's not, you could get an 8700 with a decent aftermarket cooler for the price of an 8700k with no cooler.

Why are you getting the K model if you don't want to overclock? Non-K is a lot cheaper, comes with a free cooler and is only a little bit slower.

You can get 1050Ti's that dont need a 6-pin as well. Though I'm skeptical whether it would be worth putting one into such an old system.
