  1. What? I don't think the FBI is going to break your door down for ruining some pennies.
  2. Turn down the volume for the start. Might cause ear damage. So basically don't bother. Every thing pointed out in text by the kind people above in video form.
  3. https://pcpartpicker.com/b/ZrWD4D This guy did it. Just do what he did.
  4. Currently have an R9 290X and by the looks I wouldn't really notice a difference in games with a 580 but power consumption and possibly noise would go down. Is it worth the switch?
  5. Ive managed to run a 290X with a 550 watt. You should be fine as my power consumption would drop with a 1080.
  6. On the subject of metals, what about galinstan?
  7. I've managed to find a single review in Russian. They are working graphics cards but they are 550 ti's. So 40 USD might-not-work 550 ti's for all?
  8. Sketchy ebay cards are... well sketchy. I keep seeing these all over the place. Is there any chance at all that they are real?
  9. If you are referring to msconfig, I've already tried that unsuccessfully.
  10. Looked under every tab and did not find anything like that. There isn't even really a memory section to begin with. Someone else had a similar problem and a fresh install of windows fixed it. I think ill try that.
  11. Have tried them one at a time in all the slots and they all work. The same problem still happens with entirely different RAM.
  12. I had this same exact problem just now. Just clear the CMOS, install the RAM , then boot up.
  13. Tried every possible memory config and I know for a fact these sticks work. Definitely not running 32 bit
