It has been proven that mere humidity change those "water damage dots" to red, indicating "water damage" for the Apple "geniuses".
Real water damage create corrosion on the board.
Apple is screwing their customers by claiming the tiniest of issue is water damage because of their faulty diagnosis methods involving those stupid dots that are WAY too sensitive to any sort of humidity.
You'd have to live in the desert with 0% humidity for the dots to never turn red over the course of normal usage.
 
The fact they are unwilling to actually diagnose a problem, just look for "water damage" (are the dots red? It's water damage, lets replace the entire board and the screen for good measure) and just outright decide to change everything instead of actually addressing the real issue, charging you for every parts in the process, is a problem and it needs to be spoken about.

PC based Bluray software is complete garbage, much better and CHEAPER off buying a stand alone Bluray player.

6c/12t is better for streaming than 6c/6t and I would imagine that your 4c/4t CPU is affected even worse.

I had this happen to me on a really expensive display that was about 6 years old. Just buy a new one. It happens.

Reset the bios and then reconfigure it again from scratch. It happens sometimes when swapping out chips if you do not reset the bios when swapping out a cpu. It's recommended to do at any rate.. That should cure the issue for you.

A nice little article that tries to make out like it's a big deal while showing exactly what is true at the same time. Only necessary data for the self maintaining OS is collected for the the sole use of product stability and the social data storing can be turned off if you choose not to participate. It is not shared, sold of otherwise used outside of your personal use in streamlining your data intake.

The article also stated that Microsoft has tailored the settings to per user request as well, as was stated. Thus the benign telemetry still being used and mandatory still being collected. There are a lot of dumb ass end users out there and they need all the help they can get...
