Yeah, i wouldve liked to buy something better like this but I was on a budget and a 450$ can CPU is more then I afford sadly And also I have no idea how to overclock (whoops) so I guess it doesnt matter

Im using a 144hz monitor and my gpu is a old gtx 960 I had on my old computer. At first I wanted to buy a new gpu for my new pc but I had no money for it Would it help if I got a new one ? And also which one do you recommend ? My motherboard is MSI B250 KRAIT GAMING (MS-7A68)

Hi guys ! First time on this forum so I apologize if I'm not in the right category. I built a computer a month ago and I used this cpu : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7600k CPU @ 3.80Ghz Now the problem is, everytime i open a game my CPU goes to 100% and I get some lags. ( i get some little lag spike where my screen freeze for 0,5 sec then go back to normal) My fps indicator doesnt show any changes, I always stick to 100-120 fps. I have a decent connection. I asked some friends about it and they told me maybe my CPU temperature was too high, so i checked with CPUID HWMonitor and everything is normal ( average 40 degrees) I also did all the updates I could, checked for virus with malwarebytes and still nothing seems to work :\ Anyway thanks for taking the time to help me with my problems
