  1. Cooler: $150 Shipping: $55.20 Subtotal($): $205.15 Subtotal(£: £131.11 Import Duty(@6%): £7.86 Total: £138.97 At today's exchange rates (source: Google) €250 would be £197.26, an overestimate of £58.29. I would agree with you that this would be a pricey alternative to the H100i et al if it were that price but it isn't and as such I think it's a compelling solution to a custom water loop for £139. I say this - I haven't received mine yet I'll let you know how it is!
  2. Yes, you would usually have to pay import taxes on top of this.
  3. Hi JMGuedes, I'm in Europe and I ordered off their US store and paid for shipping. It was $55 which is expensive compared to unit itself but unfortunately vendors within Europe will tend to convert the dollar price straight into Euros on a 1:1 basis.
  4. H220x and H240x now available from their site (http://www.swiftech.com). I had wanted to buy the fitting adapter for the pump as well but they're out of stock Anyways, great timing as I almost bought a CM Nepton 280L today because I wanted a new CPU cooler for Xmas. Now I get what I really wanted - woop
  5. Total Biscuit uses the Samson C01U (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samson-CO1U-Studio-Condenser-Microphone/dp/B000PTF0E2/ref=sr_1_cc_1?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1404513528&sr=1-1-catcorr&keywords=samson+c01u). Even better than the Audio Technica 2020T. Prices vary a great deal and you can find a much better deal than the one posted.
  6. Packaging damaged but no cosmetic imperfections - Amazon warehouse deal for £48 (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/offer-listing/B00B00DMHW/ref=dp_olp_used?ie=UTF8&condition=used).
  7. Ah sorry about that, you're quite right. I was just browsing and it didn't occur to me. My apologies for any inconvenience caused.
  8. Just my two pennies on this subject - most other tech reporters, on television or otherwise, don't come close to providing quality opinions in anywhere near the time that Linus does. Whether it's because of his experience as a product manager or just his personality, it's engaging and frankly it really shows when I watch other channels or even the BBC and people cover the same thing but I am instantly less enthused. Luke's style is changing for the better as well and I feel that may have come about from the positive attitude that Linus brings to each segment he does. However, it's pretty clear Luke doesn't get the name Slick for nothing - that interview with the developer from Xing showed he may even be more of a ladies man than his co-host!
  9. I was hoping for a performance test from these. Any chance that this is coming in a future video or will they be incorporated within the C70 test rig?
  10. Loving the production values on these most recent videos. My OCD still wants to put a piece of paper (or ANYTHING) over that flashing light on his cooker on the back right. Surely Mrs Linus wouldn't mind?
  11. I won't be buying a PS4 but I was heavily into Onlive when it became available in the UK. The fact was I had 120 Mbps broadband on a pretty solid LAN connection. To add to it, this connection was a test bed for about 500 Virgin Media subscribers so you can imagine that there certainly weren't any contention problems on my end. Onlive gave me an experience that I could only call "muddy". Anyone with a half decent graphics would have found it a big step backwards. It was nice to play Windows titles on a Macbook etc but it really wasn't worth the loss of quality. Gaikai was strikingly different in that there was much less lag and the quality was less muddy but more of a blurred experience. Colours were bright and vibrant but it was still difficult to appreciate a service that provided such low quality. I've been frustrated enough by my experiences, and losses, with these cloud computing implementations that my attention is firmly on Steam home-streaming. The idea of having your games available on any device is an exciting prospect that I really enjoyed with Onlive but I'm sure the experience of local streaming will far surpass anything that cloud computing can offer within the very near future.
  12. Great review, thanks! Just wondering, where you able to put the dust filter/mesh back on at all with it installed? Would you say that the difference between the H220 and the H320 is noticeable when looking at temperatures (I would expect it to be)?
  13. I've been looking to pick up a mechanical keyboard for a while and this will probably be my first. I want to program the Rainbow Road music to start when I log in!
