Yes, I was on 5ghz both times, I've had it happen before where I connect to the wrong one, so that was one of the first things I checked

About a week ago I noticed a significant drop in WIFI speed, from about 90-100 Mbps to 5-6 Mbps, I have tried everything the internet has had to offer so far, so if anyone has some advice id love to hear it. I have tried almost everything, including replacing my wifi card, with nothing seeming to improve the speeds, However, I got the chance to bring my computer over to a friends house, and my wifi had no problems there. ( and before you say my wifi at home is slow, I have speed tested with another laptop next to mine, and seen a difference of up to 90 Mbps between the other laptop and mine ( same wifi card in both computers ) I have a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 gaming with a GTX 1050, intel core i5-7300HQ, 16gb dual-channel memory, windows 10, 64 bit. any insight is appreciated
