Most likely a dead CMOS battery. Easy to replace, just get a standard CR2032 battery.

Not necessarily. Although the 7700K is a 4c8t CPU, you got a decent overclock on it, you should be fine in many games. I'd try it before getting a new CPU

Yes! You defintly should the 7700k is a 4core 8thread cpu i would get atleast a 9700k or a 5600x

Many AIO have a Refill port, maybe if you have the time you can refill the AIO, tho please note you will atleast need destillated water, many aios recommend some kind of fluid

As long as it's working and performing as expected there's absolutely no reason to replace your AIO. You can keep using it until you start to notice significantly lower performance and/or the AIO just stops working.

Get static pressure since that case has moderately restricted airflow from the front 

MSI Afterburner works perfectly. Never noticed any input lag using it. Leave v-sync off and just use MSI AB to limit your fps to 75. Not sure what your PC specs are so you may need to cap your fps at 60 in higher demanding games. Depends on your PC specs.

Are you talking about enabling v-sync? Most games have the option to turn it on.

It's a choice you have to make for yourself. Some people claim, even though their screen is 60 or 75hz, that higher ingame fps still makes it look smoother but like you have found out, it can cause screen tearing. I see a lot of people that use freesync avoid vsync and leave it off, instead they use a frame limiter like amd's FRTC. I would just play around with different settings and see what works best for you.

No freesync and vsync are not the same thing. Freesync syncs the hz of your display with the fps of your game. Since your screen only goes up to 75hz, freesync only works up to 75hz. Vsync will just simply limit your ingame fps, nothing more. On the downside, vsync does introduce some input lag.

You'll have to cap/lock your frames at 75 or less if you want to get rid of the tearing. Your display only gives you 75fps anyways so why let your gpu push it up to 300?

Well, you answered it yourself. The freesync range of that monitor is between 48-75fps. Anything above or under and freesync won't work so if you play it uncapped at 300fps, you'll get screen tearing.

I don't have a problem with 6ms.

I have the Dell SE2717HR, and I really like it. It doesn't have to be overclocked either, you just have to mess around a bit in the Nvidia control panel to let it run at 75Hz.

My experiences with Dell and Samsung monitors have always been great. Can you post the names of the monitors rather than the links (the Dell link leads me to nowhere). I can't tell you which one is the best if I can't see all my options.
