HP are finally making decent looking laptops.
At least it appears as though they are no longer making it so you take the keyboard off to access the internals. It's almost like they are making real laptops

Well then you have never been in a situation where you cannot update or do not want to update because of a certain program that would break if you did or if you needed your machine right now but Windows decided to start installing an update.
User control is always a better option that forced updates.
Anyone who has seriously used a computer or works on computers would know that.

I would be inclined to agree until I saw the bit about "repairing" the gpu with a piece of rubber to press it down to the board. If that is the official fix and not just a one-off from a lazy employee that wound up with Rossman, it would be rather laughable.

Absolutely true. However, the biggest thing that he mentions at the start is that, unlike many other companies, users of Apple are usually more forgiving and don't blame them. If another company did the same thing, the user would likely not like it and stop doing business with them.
To give a personal example, my Girlfriend got a nice Acer laptop with an i5 processor and a GT940M. It worked well, however, it ran out of battery once and the boot device suddenly want missing. After reinstalling the OS, the system did not want to recognize the keyboard and touchpad and it couldn't install any drivers.
We sent it in under warranty and they fixed it, however, when we got it back, the touchpad was lifted off the base and barely functioned, as well as multiple keys on the right side of the keyboard not working.
We were unable to talk with warranty support since it was out of warranty. After many frustrated calls, we called Acer Headquarters in California and they directed us to the call and repair center in Texas. We were able to send it back in, however, we got it back the same way. After contacting again, we were able to get a replacement that was twice the price, an i7 processor model with a GTX950M.
I can guarantee that if something like that happened with Apple, they would fix it for an exorbitant price (because you probably wouldn't be under their warranty) and they would call it quits after the first time.

It's easy to see problems when looking for them or only dealing with them. Apple products are very popular so there are going to be a lot of them. You could make this video on any company and their product lineup. No one has ever released a perfect product every single generation

it might be due to tech linked being news related, thus having a shorter release schedule

Lets not go around posting suicide memes please.
Just because you've not found somebody that you want to be with, does not make you subhuman. Being human is about the things that you do to help other people, where it may not be expected. That could be anything from helping someone with their graphics card choice on the forum, to smiling at the overworked cashier when you buy your food. Sure, being with someone would be nice (though I wouldn't know), but it isn't required to make things better.
If anyone ever needs support, there are lots of places you can go. My inbox it always open, though I can't promise to be of much help. If you're in the UK, the Samaritans are always accessible for free at 116 123 or jo@samaritans.org.
