  1. Well, I am afraid I have the same issue I did not expected on my Asus prime X370-ro & 1770x to have the caching enable, but to see 2 devices, one being the QLC flash (1TB) and then the optane 32Gb But I only see the optane device, not the flash one, like you I am still looking , there are intel utilities, I can even check the firmware level etc.. But only one device, yet link to the intel software (for techies): https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29337/Intel-Memory-and-Storage-Tool-CLI-Command-Line-Interface-?product=189227 Normally on an intel plaform you enable the raid in the BIOS and then install RST software I probably will return it, mine is new Cheers Dominique
  2. Now It is on kyle's channel as well, and it does look like another upload, and yess i watched parts of it again ?
  3. Well i ran out of patience, got my floatplane LTT subscription as well, nor regrets the ROAST was fun, James did a great job, it was a show. But man, if you cut the swearing for the YT version, it will be half of the time, or so much beeps that you would believe it is a Morse code revival ?
  4. With my Brand new Bitwit subscription on floatplane, I see that the roast video is posted on the LTT channel, but it is not accessible that way yet. Not a real problem as i will also subscribe to LTT, but I was curious to see how they would do the enabling of a specific video cross channel. Maybe they will need to copy it thru Kyle upload functionality... don't know how long will I be able to wait ?
  5. BIOS 3803 is out and it did work at 3000Mhz for some 2x8GB vengeance kit on the motherboard Asus prime X370 pro (as seen on level1tech forum), though not for me at standard 1.35v with my 2x32GB kit, and caused me some other headache with FAN setup, so a not warmly advised possibility.
  6. Just updated to BIOS 3404 (ASUS performance fix), ans still had to manually set the RAM to 2933Mhz, together with all my overcloking settings, so automatic support for 3000Mhz memory stays whishfull thinking
  7. i have the same kit in 32GB, it does run ok at 2933Mhz but not at 3000Mhz (automatic overclocking), it is annoying if you do not know it, as the mobo will throw error or boot at 2133Mhz, but stll it works fine with manual settings
  8. I have an 1700x overclocked to 3.9Ghz, running 38°c iddle with noctua NH 12S (21*c ambiant) But, I changed the CPU voltage to 1.35V (manual) as the automatic settings on my Asus prime x370 pushed it above 1.5V and then the CPU was at 42°C at stock speed Also for some reason, in when looking in the BIOS, the temp look higer (40-41°c) then settles after a while... AM4 BIOS still not ideal ( even 3402) So monitoring tool is advised
